Ajay Devgn wraps up the first schedule of Mayday

Ajay Devgn and Amitabh Bachchan are set to return to the big screen with May after a period of seven years. The two were last seen sharing frames in the 2012 Satyagraha. They have also worked together in films like Major Sahab, Khaki and Hindustan Ki Kasam.

Mayday is produced and directed by Ajay Devgan and also stars Big B along with Rakul Preet Singh, Angira Dhar and Akansha Singh. It is also the first film from YouTube sensation, Cariminati. A film in the drama genre, rumors are Ajay and Rakul will be seen playing the role of co-pilot in the film, while Amitabh Bachchan’s role is kept in wraps.

Sharing a post announcing the completion of the first schedule, Ajay Devgan took to social media and said, “It is always very satisfying to be on set. A long schedule is almost wrapped up, around the next corner. ”
